The final age guidance will be shown on the product packaging and product page before ordering opens.
Do we need to use them every night?
No. The cards are an invitation, not a programme to complete. Use them when they fit your family's evening.
Are the activities based on sleep research?
The product is developed around documented principles for routines, predictability and parent-child connection. Specific evidence claims will be stated only where they are supported.
When will my order be delivered?
